Indoors and Glamorous

Most people want to have their portraits done outside. I get it, but have you ever thought about how glamorous indoors can be? I photographed these indoor portraits of gorgeous musicians because they needed updated photos!

Katy, Elisabeth, Sadie, and Linda were so fun and easy to work with!! Their portrait session was a blast and I could not have had more fun with these ladies!

Why I Admire Musicians

I admire people who can play an instrument whatever that instrument may be! These beautiful women are truly amazing musicians plus they are just the sweetest ladies! Katy contacted me because they needed photos and I was more than happy to oblige! We scheduled their session at a studio in Charlottesville and I had the best time with them!

You see, I’m amazed by anyone who can read music and play an instrument because I took piano lessons for a couple of years as a kid and I was horrible! I wouldn’t practice until about 15 minutes before my weekly lesson. I couldn’t read music and I never could figure it out. My teacher always had to write the letter for the note above the note so I could play! After a couple of years, my teacher told my mom it was a waste of money. So, my career as a pianist was cut short! Obviously, these ladies don’t have that problem! I looked all of them up after their session and WOW is all I can say. Their bios are incredibly impressive!
