Back in November, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Connor for his senior portrait session at the University of Virginia. We met at the Rotunda on a crisp, 40-degree morning. While the air was definitely biting, Connor was a total pro—he never complained once about the chill!
He brought his mom, Eva, along for the session, which always adds such a nice layer of support and fun to the day. Connor started out in a casual look that perfectly fit the fall campus vibes, but he really brought the “wow” factor when he changed into a sharp suit later in the morning. Thankfully, the sun started to peak through and warm things up right as he made the switch!
Connor is a “go with the flow” kind of guy, but behind that easygoing personality is someone with some seriously cool interests. Get to know more about this Class of 2026 senior below!
What high school do you attend and what year do you graduate? I attend William Monroe High School and will graduate in 2026.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself! I’m a Boy Scout currently working towards my Eagle Rank.
What are your hobbies? I stay pretty active—I scuba dive, practice martial arts like Kendo and Kali, and I enjoy weightlifting.
What is your favorite thing about being a senior? It’s the last year of high school! I’m also really enjoying my sports medicine class; it’s a lot of fun. I’m definitely looking forward to graduating and planning to head off to college.
We hear you have a great smile! I don’t really put much thought into my features, but people have commented on my smile before, so I’ll go with that!
Capturing seniors like Connor is honestly one of my favorite parts of this job. There is so much excitement and potential in this season of life, and I love being able to document that transition from high school to whatever comes next. Whether you’re a “go with the flow” guy like Connor or you have a specific vision for your shoot, I’d love to help you celebrate your senior year.
